Steps to marinate beef
Step 1. Process raw ingredients
Beef washed, cut into slices about 0.5cm thick.
Onion, garlic, lemongrass, chili washed and minced, you can use a blender and then pour all into a bowl.
Put a pan on the stove to heat cooking oil, then add red cashews. After it becomes dark brown, turn off the heat and remove the seeds, leaving only the oil.
Step 2. Marinate the beef:
Mix ingredients: Minced onion + garlic + lemongrass + cashew oil + honey + cinnamon powder + ground pepper. Depending on your taste, add sugar, MSG, salt and then marinate the beef.
Marinate the beef: Spread each piece of beef on a plate, use gloves to rub the mixture to both sides of the beef. Then put the beef into a large bowl and squeeze, mix the spices with the beef for it to absorb evenly into the beef.
